Smokey Joe's BBQ is cooked the traditional, southern style way. We place quality briskets and slabs of ribs in closed barbeque pits with hickory logs and cook them "slow and low". We never serve boiled or baked meat. Smokey Joe's cooks its beef brisket and pork shoulders for up to 20 hours and ribs for up to 9 hours.
